Community Organization

The Basics Palmetto welcomes organizations from across the state to join our movement!

We work in close partnership with a diverse and growing coalition of organizations to bring The Basics to families through trusted messengers in the settings where they already spend time – from community health centers to child care centers to family support agencies.

Our experienced program team provides organizational partners with training, tools, and coaching to embed support for practicing The Basics Principles into their routine interactions with parents and caregivers.

Parent & Caregiver Workshop: One-Hour Video Discussion

Each Basic has a corresponding video featuring real families with infants and toddlers. In this activity, you choose one of The Basics videos as a springboard for a group discussion about ways to turn everyday moments into learning moments.
